PE Questionnaires

Hi,

Does anyone have a good questionnaire for asking pupils what they enjoy in PE??

We are trying to adapt our currciculum and extra-curricular programme to suit the needs of pupils and i was wondering if anyone already had a questionnaire i could have a look at?

Hey Rachel - my Dept. are given loads and loads of stats from numerous CATS and other tests our kids do at P6, Y7 and Y9. However, as predictors of performance in PE - we are really doubtful about how useful they are to us. So we are talking about devising a questionnaire of our own - which we will give our new Y7's when we first meet them at the start of each new year.

Not too sure yet what we will ask, perhaps questions on what they have done or do. Swim training, football clubs, gymnastics? do they play ball games with brothers/sisters. Do they have 'active parents? Sailing, skiiing, horses?

We shall see how that comes together.
