Ability Task

Description

This is an activity which can be used to follow on from the lessons: Skill Classification, Ability and Methods of practice. I use this as a practical/Theory lesson and it work really well.

The tasks are simple target games or group task. The mat challenge involves the team of 5 transporting themselves across the sportshall without touching the floor. The time it takes is the score they use to take away at the end.
